2 1/2" Temporary Water Connection Assembly

The 2-1/2" temporary water connection installs directly onto the side nozzle on a fire hydrant. The benefit to this product is the fire hydrants nozzle/fire protection is not compromised by installing the TWC25. Simply remove the fire hydrant 2-1/2" cap, install the TWC25 and reinstall 2-1/2" cap on TWC25. The convenient 3/4" male GHT connection can supply a garden hose for wash down of construction equipment, temporary water to a residence while watermain construction is taken place, etc. Depending on the application even a short piece of hose can be added connecting a water meter on the ground for a city that monitors project water consumption.
